Sioux Falls Area

The Sioux Falls Area covers Minnehaha and Lincoln Counties of South Dakota. CEF programming in this area includes Good News Clubs and summer 5-Day Clubs. Christian Youth In Action® provides teens training and summer outreach opportunities to tell the Good News to many children in their communities.

Maliah Dutor-Ouallo
CEF Sioux Falls Area Coordinator

Maliah has a strong passion for seeing children come to Christ and began serving with Child Evangelism Fellowship in January 2024 as the Sioux Falls Area Coordinator.

As a survivor of war, Maliah understands the variety of challenges children face in today’s world. She came to the United States as a refugee in 2004 and earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls. Maliah worked for Wells Fargo for 15 years and then left her banking career to start a daycare to be part of the solution children need today to succeed tomorrow, and found CEF in the process. Maliah believes that every child raised right can live right in every culture and under any conditions. She is married with three children, a girl, two boys, and three grandchildren.
